You may optionally select a consent checkbox to agree to receive SMS messages. By completing this form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us.

Opt-In Confirmation Message: Upon opting in, you will receive the following confirmation: “You are subscribed to receive account updates, service notifications, and occasional promotions from Law Office of Robert P. Jarvis via SMS. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”

Neither the Firm nor any carrier shall be responsible for any loss or damage arising from non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of any SMS message, or from any errors in the content of an SMS message.

17. Age Restriction for SMS Program

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the SMS messaging program offered by the Law Office of Robert P. Jarvis.
